This is the first Danish location of a Chinese hot pot chain. Each guest builds a personal mini hot pot from over 50 fresh ingredients such as meat, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables, and pays by weight. There are four broths: classic, mushroom, tomato or spicy. The concept is inspired by the hot pot tradition of Chengdu.
You order at the counter and the dishes are brought to your seat. Tables cannot be reserved, and when it is full you join a waitlist. There is take-away and there are vegetarian dishes, and it is child-friendly and suits groups. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
