Free legal advice in Copenhagen for everyone, regardless of nationality or place of residence. The advice is given by volunteer lawyers, law graduates and law students, and the organisation, founded in 1885, is self-owning and independent of the public authorities. Topics include tenancy, employment, residence permits, debt, compensation, divorce and wills.
Advice is mainly in person, and you can walk in without an appointment in the evenings from Monday to Friday. By phone, only general oral advice is given, and there is no advice by e-mail. Bring letters, documents and MitID. Help is available in English. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
