This studio in central Aarhus offers whole-body cryotherapy in an electrically cooled chamber with room for two, so you can bring a friend or partner. Skin surface temperature is measured before and after each treatment. The chamber was developed in Germany, and the studio says it was the first in Denmark to offer electrically cooled whole-body cryo.
Besides cryotherapy there are CRYO-21 fat freezing, EMSHAPER/BODYSCULPT muscle toning, the EMNOVELLO pelvic-floor chair, compression massage and an infrared sauna. Appointments are booked online, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
