This small spirits shop and bar in the Latin Quarter of Aarhus focuses on spirits from Denmark and abroad, with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. The products are hand-picked from over 20 suppliers, and there is also some beer, Danish fruit wine, non-alcoholic alternatives and bar equipment for home bartending. The bar is relaxed and social and also makes off-menu cocktails.
There are tastings in the shop and elsewhere, and you can buy ready-to-drink and take-away cocktails. For restaurants and bars it offers menu and cocktail development, staff training and professional tastings. There is also a webshop.
