This plant-based restaurant in Aarhus serves burgers and lunch dishes with a focus on taste and texture, as much organic produce as possible and freshly ground spices. It was founded in the summer of 2015 by a group who first tried meatless Mondays and then moved fully to plant-based eating. The aim is to show that plant-based food is for everyone, in informal surroundings.
