This cooking school in Aarhus Marina sits on the harbour front with a view of the harbour promenade. It was founded by a well-known TV host and cookbook author who won MasterChef Denmark in 2011. There are over 30 cooking and cocktail courses, from Italian classics to Japanese street food, for private guests and companies.
Participants work in pairs, cook every dish themselves and eat each course before moving on. Recipes are sent afterwards, ingredients are prepared in advance, and nobody washes up. Drinks are included. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy options must be stated 14 days ahead. Courses can be held in Danish or English, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
