This is a network of 22 independent, state-authorised audit firms, founded in 1992 to raise the quality of its members' work. The members mainly serve small and medium-sized businesses. The network has about 78 offices nationwide, around 440 authorised auditors and some 2,200 employees.
It provides members with a shared specialist secretariat, purpose-built tools and models, and continuing-education courses. It is a closed network: membership is by invitation through the board. Tax work is handled by the associated company Revitax.
