This gymnasium in Aarhus was founded in 1933 and is the third oldest in the city. It is one of Denmark's largest two-year gymnasiums, with HF as the main programme and the two-year STX, which only six places in Denmark offer, as the original one. The school has about 550 students and a wide range of subjects and study lines.
New students get a buddy until the autumn holiday, and there are Friday cafés, parties and breakfast in the canteen on school days. Each year group takes a study trip with an overnight stay. An open house is held in January. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
