This second-hand shop in Aarhus is one of many run by Kirkens Korshær across Denmark. It sells children's and adult clothing, books, toys, knick-knacks and household goods, sorted by volunteers and staff. Proceeds fund Kirkens Korshær's social work for vulnerable people, including warming rooms and shelters.
The shop is self-service and run by volunteers and employees. You can donate clean, intact, usable clothes, shoes, toys, books, household items and small furniture. Gift cards can be bought and used, and some shops collect large items such as furniture by arrangement.
