This shop sells only Danish goods: potatoes, strawberries, eggs, honey, must, marmalade and seasonal vegetables. The potatoes are grown on the estate, and the eggs come from its own free-range hens. A family of five runs the business together; they took over in 2013 to sell directly from the field without middlemen.
The site is mentioned in a 1623 parish report as the location of a castle called Trælborg, and the main building dates from 1880. The shop is in a large machine house, where vegetables are also packed. Garden equipment such as a chainsaw, aluminium scaffolding and a heavy tiller can be rented. Payment is by cash or MobilePay, and new produce is announced on Facebook.
