This physiotherapy clinic in Aarhus was founded in 1946 and was then the largest in Denmark outside Copenhagen. Today about 14 physiotherapists and two secretaries work here, and each therapist has specialised in different areas. The clinic treats joint and muscle problems, rehabilitation, pregnancy-related back pain, incontinence and sports injuries. There are also group classes such as back school, GLA:D and Fysiopilates.
You can come with or without a GP referral, and the Danish public health insurance gives a subsidy. Appointments are booked online or by phone, and cancellations must be made by 6 pm the day before. The clinic is on the fourth floor with a lift, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
