This centre in Aarhus is an open meeting place for movement, play and training for all ages, and it opened in 1994. It offers children's classes, parent-and-toddler play, a gymnastics school, holiday camps and classes for adults and seniors. Facilities include a gymnastics hall, Motorikhallen, a strength room and a rhythm room.
Schools and day-care institutions can hire halls and rooms, and for birthdays you can hire a hall, the spring pit or the whole centre. From mid-September to late April there is open activity on Sundays. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
