This property developer was founded in 2008 and has developed more than 220,000 sq m since then. It works on retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects across Denmark and covers the whole process from land purchase and development to letting, construction management and sale to investors. Retail projects are developed in close cooperation with retail chains, and the firm has expanded into apartments, terraced houses and urban development.
Before a project starts, five milestones must be secured: land purchase, an end user or investor, planning and building permits, financing and a contractor. The firm has offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
