This is a German-style tavern (a tysk værtshus), combining traditional German beer and food culture with Danish hygge. Beer and wine are served, and the aim is a German sense of Gemütlichkeit, or comfortable conviviality.
Tables can be booked on the website, and a standard booking lasts three hours. A reserved table may be released if guests have not arrived within 15 minutes. Card and mobile payments are accepted, and dogs are allowed. There is no takeaway, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
