Krebsegaarden is an intimate restaurant in Copenhagen’s Latin Quarter, set in a historic 1803 property on Studiestræde. The atmosphere feels like visiting friends: just a handful of tables, personal service and an unhurried pace throughout the evening. Guests come here for a blend of art, history and carefully crafted food.
The menu is inspired by the current exhibition at the neighbouring Galleri Krebsen, drawing on the artists’ themes, origins or favourite dishes. A compact à la carte and tasting menu are built around seasonal ingredients, local suppliers and classic European techniques. Wine pairings are curated by the co-owner and wine host, while the walls are lined with artworks from the very exhibitions that shape the food.
