Viking Museum is a small but memorable stop in central Aarhus: you head underground at Skt. Clemens Torv and step into an on-site story of Viking-age Aros. The space is compact, yet packed with real finds and the sense of standing where the city’s earliest layers were uncovered—more “in situ” than traditional museum halls. It’s perfect for a short visit between the Cathedral, city-centre walks and a break by the river.
